This one is V.J. Day Times Square. The set can be seen here.

Here's my baby in a dress I smocked way before I had any kids. Lucky I tried it on her because next summer will be too late I think. She will have grown out of it. It's supposed to be a size 3 I think. (Slightly differing colour cast due to DH manipulating levels. The bottom one is true colour but she wasn't smiling!) Photos by my lovely hubster who took my hint of "needing a photo" while I was rushing around getting ready for church yesterday and went ahead and took one.

What a gorgeous dress! Love the smocking, you are very clever. My Mum used to do that on the dresses she made us.

  4. You are so creative Penny, that's a beautiful dress and it's lovely to think of you making it, dreaming of the daughter that might be.
The daughter that is is gorgeous too

  7. Haha, the Lego, very cool to see something like this rather than the stuff impaled in my foot which is how I usually get to see it!

The dress is gorgeous, Penny! DD must have been the bonniest best dressed wee girl at church. :)

I just love her wee have too - it is always so expressive!

  8. OMG, that should read 'her wee face'. I was telling a certain wee someone they couldn't have something and typing at the same time, IYKWIM
