loser

I am now 1 kg under my pre-pregnancy weight! YAY! Last time I got this far I managed to get pregnant again mostly by surprise rather than intention.

Now I need to lose about 7 kgs to get into my BMI range (my goal).

Pity about the saggy baby tummy still but I'm pretty happy about the progress. I think breastfeeding is helping me this time (it didn't last time).

Note to self: Do not get preggers.

    Oh, to be at my pre-pregnancy weight ... which is also the lower end of my healthy BMI range. I guess I'm not *that* far off, just 7-8kg, but it's proving difficult to budge!! :-(

    That is so great! I found breastfeeding helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight more easily. Then again, I gained 70 whopping lbs.
